Session times vary but most fit into one of three categories:
- Standard Presentation - 15 minute presentation, plus 5 minute solo Q&A
- Lightning Presentation - 5 minute presentation, plus 15 minute group Q&A
- Discussion Panel - 5 minute speech (no slides), plus a facilitated panel Q&A
You will be notified which category you have been allocated into when you receive notification of acceptance (or decline).
No. This is not an academic conference. We simply need to know what you wish to speak about. The review process is not double-blind, so we encourage you to mention services, products, and organization names - as this background will help our review panel assess the relevance of your submission to the Congress audience.
Yes you can. It is useful for us to have multiple track options, in case your first choice is unavailable. On the submission form, you will be asked to select ONE track as your primary choice, then multiple tracks as alternatives.
Possibly. Speake time slots are in high demand, so submitting late will reduce the likelihood your submission will be accepted. However, if there is a reason you need a time extension, please email kim@emhicglobal.com and we will consider it.
