We know you are busy, so we have made the submission process quick and simple!

Formal academic abstracts are not required. We simply need to know your proposed presentation title, an outline of what you wish to talk about, and who your intended speakers are.

Submissions are not double-blind, so you are welcome to mention services, products, and organization names. Our review team will appreciate have this background to your submission, as it provides useful context and helps them to assess your submission's relevance to the Congress.

Before you start

We recommend you read the Submission Template page. This page has information that will help you prepare your answers, before filling in the online submission form. Please do not email your submission to us as it will automatically be rejected. Only information submitted via the online portal can be reviewed.

Are you a product vendor?

We are willing to consider submissions where you are showcasing a commercial product. We have some presentation time slots set aside for this purpose.

However there are several conditions you need to keep in mind:

Your submission topic will be assessed for merit by our review team and we cannot guarantee acceptance.
Straight sales pitches are less likely to be accepted. We encourage you to consider presenting a case study on how a client deployed your product and what results were achieved, rather than proposing a product sales pitch. It can also be useful having a client co-present with you, if possible.
