Nerin Kaur is a value-driven leader and the Executive Director of ConnexOntario, appointed in November 2022. With nearly a decade of healthcare experience spanning home care and community services, she has consistently championed transformational change to advance organizational goals and drive system-wide impact.

Known for her systems thinking and collaborative spirit, Nerin forges partnerships that create opportunities for innovation and measurable progress. She holds a Master of Health Informatics, a Bachelor of Health Sciences, PMP certification, and additional credentials in cybersecurity. This diverse expertise empowers her to lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams while delivering strategic solutions grounded in innovation and a commitment to equity.

Motivated by self-reflection and personal experience, Nerin has developed a passion for improving access to mental health and addictions services for underserved and priority populations. Her operational acumen, understanding of the sector and dedication to inclusive leadership continue to strengthen ConnexOntario’s mission and its role as a trusted provincial resource.
