Justin Chase, LMSW, MBA, FACHE is the Chief Executive Officer of Solari Crisis & Human Services and a nationally recognized leader in crisis continuum services and organizational leadership. With over two decades of experience across behavioral health, human services, and child welfare, Justin has served as an executive, behavioral health administrator, systems designer, and direct service provider. His expertise spans the development of sustainable and efficient healthcare programs, system-wide transformation efforts, and innovations in crisis response and care integration.
Justin holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Social Work from Arizona State University, an MBA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Duke University. He is a Licensed Master Social Worker in Arizona, a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality, a Six Sigma Green Belt, and a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE).
He currently serves on the National 988 Center Committee, the Board of Directors for the International Council for Helplines, and is the former Board President of Lifeline International, reinforcing his commitment to advancing global crisis response systems.
