Ontario 211 Services (O211S) is the coordinating body for the delivery of the 211 service in Ontario, working closely with service delivery partners and front-line agencies at a local and provincial level. The 211 Ontario system delivers a navigation helpline and online search portal to help people across Ontario connect with the services they need to be well, from basic needs like food and housing to mental health and all types of social supports 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in over 150 languages. The 211 service can be accessed by phone, chat, email, and text and maintains a public online provincial database of over 60,000 programs and services located on our website.
