Cindy Diogo is the Co-Founder and CEO of ConSoul, a Canadian Age-Tech company reimagining how families and workplaces navigate care. After a decade leading talent and culture in the tech industry, Cindy left HR to address a gap she experienced firsthand — the invisible mental load of caregiving.
ConSoul combines AI and human support to help families coordinate care, access resources, and offload the emotional and logistical weight of caregiving. The platform also helps employers and insurers support staff balancing work and complex family responsibilities. Backed by Baycrest and the Centre for Aging + Brain Health Innovation (CABHI), ConSoul is part of Canada’s growing ecosystem of aging and brain health innovators.
Cindy also serves on the Board of the Ontario Caregiver Coalition, a provincial non-profit advocating for recognition, rights, and systemic supports for unpaid caregivers.
Her work bridges product innovation, empathy, and policy — positioning ConSoul as a leader in building sustainable care infrastructure for the modern workforce.
