Speaker Bio

For over eight years, Linda has worked as a management consultant across sectors, applying business methodologies, health equity, and lived experience to strengthen the mental health ecosystem. Her focus areas include systemic change, access to care, digital health solutions, workplace mental health, and youth mental health — particularly for marginalized and racialized communities. She has a personal interest in supporting African and MENA communities, reflecting her (very proud) roots.

She has held diverse roles in mental health, including board director of a crisis line; national speaker and moderator for audiences of 450+ (Accenture, KPMG, H&M, McGill, government departments, QueerTech, high schools, community organizations); creator of a mental-health accommodation workshop; award-winning founder of a pre-accelerator digital mental-health startup; and a grassroots systems navigation and rights support.

Linda recently joined eMHIC as Head of Strategy & Partnership, supporting the transition of the eMHIC Global Congress to Canada, while also expanding partnerships across borders, sectors, diagnoses, and industries, and shaping organizational strategy. She sees eMHIC as a vehicle for systemic change — a place where eMHIC helps members solve problems, exchange knowledge, and collaborate to strengthen mental health systems worldwide.
