James (Jim) Stringham is a seasoned healthcare leader who serves as the President of JRS Solutions, LLC and the Chief Strategy Officer at DriveHealth. With a three-decade track record in the industry, he specializes in shaping long-term vision and driving growth in the public sector, particularly within Medicaid and Medicare.

At DriveHealth, Jim leads innovation and strategic expansion, fostering key partnerships and guiding market intelligence.

Before joining DriveHealth, Jim served as CEO of Banner Government Health Plans, where he oversaw the growth of its Arizona operations to serve over 300,000 members across multiple programs, including AHCCCS, ALTCS, and Medicare Advantage plans. His leadership was instrumental in building strong relationships with state and federal regulators, providers, and community organizations.

Previously, as Senior Vice President of National Operations at Magellan Healthcare, he led national public sector contracts and mergers and acquisitions. His work focused on critical behavioral health and developmental disability initiatives in close collaboration with government agencies.

Jim holds a master’s degree in counseling and is a recognized thought leader and strategic advisor to healthcare organizations nationwide. He uses his expertise in clinical care, network optimization, and financial oversight to influence industry dialogue and support nonprofit organizations.
