Kate is an award-winning entrepreneurial senior leader with over 20 years of experience in digital healthcare and innovation. Kate is CEO and board director of Kooth, a globally leading digital behavioural health provider. Kooth delivers innovative population-health-based mental health services digitally, supporting millions of children, young people and adults across the US and UK to enable a more sustainable, resilient and productive future.

She is also an advisor and investor in health tech start-ups, has advised the UK government as part of the Secretary of State’s Healthtech advisory board and is a board member of Europe's largest oral care organisation. Prior to Kooth, Kate was CEO at leading venture builder, Blenheim Chalcot and at Doctor Care Anywhere, taking it from digital health concept to global business, serving over 140 corporate clients.

Kate won Disruptor of the Year at First Woman Awards, 2016 and Innovator of the Year at Everywoman Women in Technology awards, 2017. In 2019, she was placed in the 100 Most Influential in UK India Relations. In 2021, Kate made the #womentowatch2021 Cranfield University list. She is also a CMI Companion and holds CMgr CCMI status.
