Ray has 25 years of experience as a healthcare executive, system thinker, system designer, evaluator and implementor. He has worked extensively in the sector as an ADM and Executive Director within the NSW Ministry of Health and as the CEO of Western Sydney Primary Health Network. He is a sough after healthcare consultant and strategic advisor, having worked in every health system in Canada (across all provinces and territories) and in Australia (every state and territory) as well as has advised Federal/Commonwealth governments for many years in both Canada and Australia. He has led hundreds of projects and dozens of Divisions, portfolios, and organizations to transform and achieve improved outcomes for patients in line with the quintuple aim.

Ray is currently leading Nous’ Canadian Health Practice, working across social, primary, community, acute and continuing care systems. He works at the intersection of academia and the public and private sectors to achieve improved outcomes for Canadians.
