Prof. Moonesar hails from the Caribbean islands of Trinidad and Tobago and France, and he also serves as Managing Director at “I AM Consulting” (Trinidad & Tobago), a Scientific Policy Advisor with the International Vaccine Institute and World Health Organisation- EMR region; former President (Chapter Chair) and Executive Board member of the Academy of International Business – Middle East North Africa (AIB-MENA). He is also a Registered Dietitian. Throughout his career, he has worked in quality assurance and management, nutrition and dietetics, health and safety, teaching, and institutional research. His research interests are wellbeing, mental health, healthcare workforce, IB policy, public policy, healthcare management & leadership, maternal & child health, health policy and innovation, nutrition, AI, and quality management. He also has over 265+ publications across peer-reviewed journal articles, peer-reviewed international conferences, co-authored books, and book chapters.
