Mr. Xu is the Chairman of the Board at Zhejiang Jerinte Health Technology Co., Ltd. and the CTO of Wenzhou Kangning Hospital Co., Ltd. With over 20 years of experience in IT operations within mental healthcare, Chairman Xu leads a company that serves the IT needs of China’s largest private psychiatry hospital network while driving independent innovation in digital mental health.

He oversees a team of nearly 100 professionals, leading R&D commercialization efforts in mental health software, including electronic medical records, HIS, LIS, case management systems, cloud office systems, and social psychological service platforms. These innovations have resulted in 58 software copyrights and earned recognition as a National High-Tech Enterprise and one of China’s Top 10 Social Psychological Service Enterprises.

As a dedicated innovator, Mr. Xu has led several provincial and municipal R&D projects, such as the Mental Health Clinical Decision Support System and a Multi-modality Data-based Student Mental Health Risk Assessment and Intervention Platform. He holds several patents in digital mental health application, including systems for psychological risk assessment, depression detection using EEG, and human-computer interaction platforms for psychological services.
