Jocelyn Rankin (she/her) is an Innovation Analyst at Kids Help Phone, where she supports service delivery innovation projects designed to improve access and outcomes for youth mental health support. She specializes in the early stages of product development — driving ideation, discovery, and design with a strong emphasis on user engagement to surface unmet needs and shape meaningful solutions. Jocelyn also explores the role of emerging technologies in service design, including the ethical use of AI. In the FAIIR initiative, she helped design an evaluation framework and clinically-informed validation approach — contributing valuable insights that will guide future implementation of AI-powered tools in clinical and operational settings.
