Michael Assiamah is a mental health leader, digital health innovator, and the Founder & CEO of Swiftacare — a modern referral and care coordination platform built to simplify how mental health services are accessed, delivered, and scaled — and Support & Growth, a leading provider of culturally responsive mental health and wellness services. With over a decade of experience as a registered social worker, Michael has worked across schools, communities, and care systems — including in senior leadership roles such as Mental Health Lead and Chief of Mental Health Programming.

After years of navigating slow referrals, disconnected networks, and long waitlists, he set out to build Swiftacare — the platform he always wished existed — to help care teams and organizations deliver more connected, responsive mental health care.

Michael holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) and Master of Business Administration (MBA), and brings a uniquely intersectional lens to the challenges of system design, equity, and service delivery. He remains passionate about building technology that puts providers and clients at the center — and ensures no one falls through the cracks in their moment of need.
