Kelly Gregoire is the Chief Operating Officer at TryCycle, a digital health software company focused on creating safe, accessible, and culturally responsive tools for at-risk populations. With over fifteen years of experience in digital health innovation and operations, she has led the development and scaling of programs aimed at reducing barriers to care in under-resourced and marginalized communities.
Her work spans Indigenous communities, Veterans, and youth, with a focus on addressing mental health, addiction, and loneliness, through trusted digital pathways. She played a key role in initiatives like the Talking Stick platform, an anonymous, Indigenous peer support platform that has supported over 45,000 people and created hundreds of Indigenous jobs, while setting new benchmarks in cultural safety, data sovereignty, and digital inclusion.
Kelly is widely respected for her operational expertise and her ability to work in deep partnership with communities, health leaders, and lived experience experts. She is a frequent speaker and panellist on digital health innovation, health equity and inclusion, peer support models, and women in leadership.
