Jason Pun is the Chief Impact Officer at Capitalize for Kids (C4K), a not-for-profit organization with the mission to elevate the children and youth mental health (CYMH) sector in Canada. His role is to lead the impact consulting team in the execution of operational improvement projects at provider agencies across the child and youth mental health system in Canada. These projects tackle challenges including barriers to operational/clinical efficiency, data enablement, access to services, and implementing innovative solutions. All C4K projects also include a rigorous impact evaluation component. C4K also supports the design and implementation of multi-agency system-level initiatives, including projects in coordinated access, service model development, and a large initiative to accelerate the implementation of Measurement-Based Care in the community CYMH sector. Before joining C4K, he was a Principal Consultant at a boutique consulting firm and the co-founder and Principal of Intelligent Improvement Consultants, a consulting practice focused on the health sector and operational effectiveness. Before that, Jason was a Director in PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Canada’s Health Services Practice, where he led the health program evaluation portfolio and many large health care consulting projects with provincial and national scope.
