Erica is a Co-Founder of humanStreams. She has a background in design and research, working with psycho-emotional aspects of human experience, perception, sense-making and discovery. Her work has been highly interdisciplinary and applied to various fields, including clinical psychosocial support, cancer biology data analysis and interactive architecture. Erica’s PhD dissertation was on creatively eliciting therapeutic deep reflection by children and their families, of their traumatic experiences of living in isolation for stem cell transplantation.

Erica received a PhD in Cancer Biology from Stanford University, a Master of Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania, and a B.S. in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University.
