Shauna (she/her) is an accomplished leader with over 18 years of experience in non-profit leadership, social impact, and health systems transformation. Shauna is currently the Vice President Strategic Partnerships and Communications at Stepped Care Solutions where she supports working in collaboration across Canada and beyond to design mental health and substance use health systems that improve wellness for all. She was formerly the CEO of Frayme, a national knowledge to action organization that built networks across the country to redefine and mobilize evidence. She spent many years at CAMH working with communities, Ministries, and clients and families to implement integrated systems of service including; integrated youth services (IYS hubs), structured psychotherapy, and measurement-based care solutions. The collective momentum of partnerships remains central to the work she does as a Federal and global advisor and a main driving force behind her commitment to co-designing systems of service.

Shauna has also worked with international groups like Global Leadership Exchange (GLE) and Movember to support transformative initiatives that enhance social health systems nationally and globally. Her expertise in developing person-centered models of service, equity-based frameworks, purpose-driven evidence, and fostering collaboration across complex networks is situated within her passion for working together to improve health and well-being for all.

Shauna holds advanced degrees in political science, strategic communications, international affairs, and is currently engaged in a Masters of Nonprofit and Philanthropic Leadership. She is an internationally recognized leader and holds a Health Leadership designation from the Rotman School of Management.
