Hajin Lee is a CIHR Health System Impact Fellow, cross-appointed at Women’s College Hospital and Stepped Care Solutions in Canada. Her work focuses on evaluating the impact of digital solutions on mental health and wellness among Canadians, while identifying key lessons from their implementation and close-out to inform program planning and policy development.

Hajin earned her PhD in Cultural Psychology from the University of Alberta, where her research examined how cultural contexts shape stress and coping among post-secondary students across different countries. Since completing her doctorate, she has dedicated her postdoctoral work to advancing health services through research and evaluation, contributing to the implementation and assessment of technology-enabled mental health interventions.
