Anne Lovegrove is President and Executive Director of Strong Minds Strong Kids, Psychology Canada, a charity with over 50 years of history in promoting the mental well-being of children and youth through evidence-based, prevention-focused programs.
Under Anne’s leadership, the organization has doubled its impact, now reaching nearly half a million children and youth annually. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she led a rapid and strategic transformation of program delivery – pivoting to digital and hybrid formats to ensure continued access to mental health promotion resources for families and educators across Canada. Throughout, the organization has remained grounded in psychological science while expanding its reach and effectiveness.
Previously, Anne served as Chief Program Officer at Companies Committed to Kids, where she led national wellness and media literacy initiatives, including Healthy Me Week and the landmark study Taking the Pulse of Canada’s Kids. She brings a unique blend of nonprofit leadership, strategic growth, and a deep commitment to advancing mental health promotion at scale.
