Amos Adler is the Founder of MEMOTEXT Corp and Co-Founder of A4i Inc., Canada’s first digital therapeutic for complex behavioural health, established through a joint venture with the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH). Over the past decade, Amos has played a leading role in the adoption, validation, and commercialization of AI-powered, digital, and virtual patient engagement solutions across chronic disease and mental health.
With a deep passion for making health data actionable, Amos is committed to improving outcomes for patients, caregivers, and healthcare systems alike. He brings extensive expertise in forming strategic alliances across the digital health ecosystem, working with hospitals, academic centers, pharma, payors, and government agencies. His commercialization strategies include joint ventures, licensing, and IP co-creation models that advance innovation while ensuring clinical and regulatory rigor.
As an entrepreneur, Amos strives to balance scientific integrity with market-driven innovation, championing responsible disruption in healthcare. Under his leadership, MEMOTEXT and A4i interventions have been validated in multiple peer-reviewed studies and adopted in real-world clinical and community settings across North America and Europe. He holds an M.Sc. in Information Systems from the London School of Economics, and an Honours B.A. in Political Science and Computer Science from Western University.
