Jimmy Ruben Sylow Westerheim is the founder of The Human Aspect Foundation behind the Life Experience Library. He grew up in a small village in Norway where he felt alienated, ending up as a suicidal 13 year old struggling to find hope. From a pivotal turning point he found new direction life, that led him on a journey through sports, international shipping, and field work for Doctors Without Borders. His academic background is from international shipping and bachelor of management, focused on rhetoric and leadership. In the last decade he has led THA from idea to global movement with curiosity. Actively working to bring awareness while challenging our narratives about what makes us human as a global speaker and curious soul. Pioneering DLE and showing us new ways to integrate lived experience within psychology, while reminding us all to connect beyond our labels and narratives through our human aspect.
