Ellen holds a Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering and has a strong foundation in Software Development. She is currently the Digital and Clinical Operations Coordinator at the Bouverie Centre, where she plays a key role in the design, implementation, and evaluation of digital systems that enhance clinical practice, workforce development and research operations.

Ellen has substantial experience in identifying organisational needs and leading the development of tailored digital solutions within healthcare and research settings. More recently, her work has focused on the design and implementation of innovative and accessible clinical pathways that improve service delivery and client outcomes.

She is currently pursuing a PhD in Digital Mental Health, developing a digital platform offering relational support for families experiencing mental health challenges. Ellen is deeply committed to improving access to mental health care through the strategic use of contemporary, fit-for-purpose digital technologies, guided by evidence and thoughtful implementation.
