Ashwin Kutty is a globally respected entrepreneur, healthcare innovator, and civic leader. Ashwin is the President and CEO of WeUsThem Inc., an award-winning full-service advertising agency known for delivering global campaigns for clients such as Nestlé, Lenovo, Telus, WHO, and the Government of Canada. Ashwin also leads HealthEMe Inc., a rapidly growing healthcare SaaS platform operating in seven countries, focused on improving access to care and supporting mental health and chronic illness patients, including in First Nations and Indigenous communities. 

Ashwin is the Chair of the Downtown Halifax Business Commission, the first immigrant to hold this position, and has served on several influential boards, including IWK Health Centre and Creative Commons Canada. A dedicated mentor at Dalhousie University, Ashwin champions diversity and equity in leadership, recognized as a Catalyst Champion for Women in STEM. Ashwin’s many accolades include the Queen Elizabeth II Platinum Jubilee Medal and induction into the Top 50 CEO Hall of Fame.
